We’re proud to share that Violet Cooper, Service Administrator at Greenhous DAF Wolverhampton, has been awarded the prestigious HousProud Award 

This award recognises colleagues who consistently go above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional dedication, professionalism, and pride in their work — and Violet exemplifies this perfectly.

Violet received multiple nominations from colleagues who praised her incredible dedication and willingness to support the wider team. Despite never previously working on a service reception, Violet stepped in to help during a particularly busy period and even volunteered to start work at 6am each morning before continuing with her own full Service Administrator role from 9am–5pm.

Colleagues described Violet as someone who is always smiling, always happy to help, and someone for whom “nothing is too much trouble.” She was also recognised as being “a breath of fresh air” who always takes time for others and brings positivity to those around her.

Violet’s commitment, teamwork, and positive attitude truly make a difference every day, and this recognition is thoroughly deserved.
