The Greenhous DAF HousProud Award, is a gift in recognition of positive behaviour for a commendable action or praise received, that has benefitted either Greenhous DAF or one of our customers.

Judy Gaunt, Office Team Leader / Sublet Supervisor, was nominated by a fellow colleague for her willingness to take ownership of customer issues, and to go above and beyond to resolve them. A customer reached out regarding a seat repair, Jude took the initiative to head out to the workshop, track down the seat, and personally deliver it to the service admin team to get it processed through the warranty system.

Thanks to Jude’s proactive approach, we’re on track to turn a tricky situation into one very happy customer. This kind of teamwork and ownership makes all the difference – well done!
