"On behalf of the team here at DAF Fleet Services, we want to provide some positive feedback for Paul Riley at Greenhous Wolverhampton - Paul has always provided outstanding service even at his previous posting before joining Greenhous but we want to highlight the outstanding service levels he provides on a very consistent basis.

Paul continually goes above and beyond in all areas and has been especially valuable with the new PACCAR smart service alert scheme that we are running on behalf of DAF, our job on this is to contact the maintain dealer for vehicles that the alerts trigger for and ask them to contact the customer to get the vehicles in to avoid potential roadside breakdowns so actioning these quickly is imperative; a lot of the time there is limited information on DAFcheck and all we have is the dealer that carried out the PDI with Wolverhampton being a site that carried out a lot of these.

Paul has been helping us out by making calls and finding out where in the country the vehicles are located, which customers they fall under and the local dealers they would fall under which has helped us get the vehicles where they need to go for their preventative maintenance actions to be undertaken.

This is all combined with the amazing work he puts in for vehicles at the Wolverhampton site which always seem to progress well and updates are communicated very effectively.
