Steam Cleaner/Yard Person

Greenhous DAF Birmingham is looking for a reliable and hardworking Steam Cleaner / Yard Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our vehicles and yard areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Steam cleaning commercial vehicles, trailers, and equipment to a high standard.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the yard and workshop exterior areas.
• Moving vehicles safely around the yard (subject to licence requirements).
• Assisting with basic yard duties including waste disposal and general upkeep.
• Supporting workshop staff with ad hoc tasks as required.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
