Junior Marketing Executive

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. You will work closely with sales teams to implement strategies, create engaging content, and analyse performance to help us reach our marketing goals.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new content ideas to boost engagement.
• Support the filming and production of social content, including taking a role both behind and in front of the camera for promotional videos.
• Scheduling marketing activities, ensuring timely delivery of content and materials.
• Contribute to the development of marketing and social media strategies.
• Help manage social media accounts and engage with online communities.
• Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback in line with company guidelines.
• Create visually appealing and effective marketing assets.
• Keep the company websites up to date with the latest offers and information.
• Track and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
• Support the planning and organisation of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Assist with marketing budget management and invoice processing.
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Write and edit copy for marketing campaigns and channels.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communications and materials.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team.

Ideally, we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social media management, graphic design or a related field.
• Good design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Creativity and a passion for staying up to date with marketing trends and best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Occasional meetings at other Greenhous sites across the UK.
